Helping Walk-ins

The biggest part of my job has been answering the questions of people who drop in to use the Public Access Computers. In addition to reading General Tips, there are a few things you can do in advance to make you a better teacher.

  1. Know your stuff
    If you're reading this, you're probably already pretty competent, but everyone has some gaps in their knowledge. Here are a few top-of-my-head checklists of things to learn if you don't already know:
