The OSPCA Renfrew County Branch is now working together with Crime Stoppers in the fight against animal cruelty and neglect.
If you don't feel comfortable talking to the Branch office, you can now report animal abuse anonymously to Crime Stoppers.

| CAT MONTH ADOPT-A-THON (2008) - The Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch
is holding an Adopt a Cat Month Adopt-a-thon this Saturday June 14th. Every spring there is an abundance of
cats and kittens of every age and personality waiting for homes. To promote awareness, the Ontario SPCA is
celebrating June as Adopt-A-Shelter Cat Month and shelters across Ontario will be promoting cat adoptions
through promotional events, educational materials and awareness campaigns. |

| TAKE THE STAGE 6 (2008) - The Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
(Ontario SPCA) Renfrew County Branch would like to thank Pat Hammel of Sound Advice and the many talented
musicians who participated in Take the Stage 6! Proceeds exceeded $1100 and went directly to the Ontario
SPCA Renfrew County Branch animal shelter. |

| January 6, 2006 - RENFREW COUNTY |
| Shelley Lisk of Pembroke has been charged by the Ontario SPCA under
the Criminal Code of Canada with failing to provide suitable and adequate food and care for a senior German
shepherd type dog found barely able to stand in her backyard. |
| UPDATE: On April 25, 2006, Shelley Lisk, 41, of Pembroke pleaded guilty in the Ontario
Court of Justice, Pembroke, to the Criminal Code of Canada charge of failing to provide suitable and
adequate food and care in relation to, J.J., a senior German shepherd-type dog found barely able to stand
